Am I the right

consultant

for you?

There are so many coaches, consultants, etc out there, so before you devote money, time, and energy you want to know you have the right fit! I’m not right for everyone, so here are a list of some of the ways you might know we’re a good fit (or not).

The next step is to book a free 20 min intro call, and we’ll meet, get to know each other and what you’re looking for, answer your questions, without any pressure. If I’m not the right person for you, I’ll do my best to direct you toward resources or professionals that can help.

We might be a good fit if…

  • You believe that healing in relationships is a revolutionary act and want your close relationships to be part of building a better world

  • You’re a polyamorous parent who wants to prioritize compassion and consent in all your relationships

  • You want an “identity doula” to help you embrace and embody parts of yourself that have been hidden or minimized in order to fit in

  • You’re navigating an unconventional life path (IE homeschooling, non-traditional relationship structures, consent based parenting) and feel that many of the people in your life don’t “get it” and are therefore unable to support you when you have challenges

  • You and/or your child or partner(s) hold marginalized identities and you want to have all parts of you be welcomed and honored

  • You want to explore attachment, relational patterns, boundaries, and communication in order to grow

  • You’re dealing with challenges in your relationship with yourself, a partner, or a child, and you want to find connection, joy, and ease in the relationship through greater understanding and compassion- without pathologizing anyone involved

We might not be a good fit if…

  • You have complex mental health diagnoses that need the support of a licensed therapist

  • You don’t want to take a deep and vulnerable look at yourself and your relationships in order to grow

  • You want to change someone else without looking at your own part in the relationship

  • You want “quick fixes” that are focused on extinguishing behaviors instead of long term relational health

  • You’re experiencing abuse (please get yourself safe before engaging in healing work!)

  • You believe your, your partner(s), or your child’s identities are wrong or unacceptable

Services

  • 50 min sessions

Individual sessions meet you where you are. They are customized to your experiences, needs, and goals, because you deserve to live a life deeply rooted in and aligned with the fullness of who you are, your values, and your passions. You deserve relationships that feel fulfilling and authentic, where your needs are met, your boundaries are respected, and you feel deeply connected.

  • 90 minutes with up to 5 participants

Groups are a space for unconditional acceptance and compassion, without judgment or fixing, for you to feel seen, heard, understood, supported, and to find your inner guidance.

Not only are they cost effective, but groups offer a unique opportunity to experience healing in connection with others. Groups are a great layer of support to compliment individual sessions because they bring a sense of community acceptance that being in isolation does not.

If you don’t find a group call at a time that works for you, please contact me to see if I can adjust the schedule.

Join us for S.O.A.R. Camp! July 28-31, 2025

Imagine yourself in the Colorado mountains in the summertime surrounded by familiar faces and some new but friendly people and families. You’re all there to be in nature and healthy community together, to learn and grow together, and to co-create joy, fun, and memories that will last a lifetime!

    When: Monday, July 28-Thursday, July 31, 2025

Where: Meadows Group Campground, Pine, Colorado, about 2 hours from Denver, Colorado airport

Who: Individuals, couples, families- anyone ready for healing adventures with community in nature.

What: SOAR Camp is an opportunity for you to connect with your own needs for play, community, connection, and healing. You’ll learn skills, experience what a truly supportive community feels like, and have a joyful experience of embodied healing in nature and community. This is transformative healing, where you’ll learn robust tools, experience layers of support and nurturing. We’ll be playing games, doing role plays, exploring with art, moving our bodies in nature, and have sharing circles around a campfire.

Why: Healing isn’t just crying on your therapists’ couch for years. At SOAR Camp, healing is dancing and singing through the woods, crying, and connecting deeply and joyfully.

If you’ve been working on healing your relationship with yourself and your important others, or you’ve been working through childhood trauma and attachment wounds, and it feels like you’re stuck somewhere. If traditional methods aren’t getting you where you want to be, this is what’s missing. Come join us to heal with community, connection, more actively exploring things, and the somatic lens that includes your body.

You’ll leave more connected to yourself, with more space for your most important relationships to heal in connection. This is about healing in connection with yourself and others. You’ll leave with tools and skills for staying connected to yourself and a sense of play and joy while healing in relationships. You’ll leave with a felt sense experience of healthy relationships to take back home.

Meals included, bring your own camping gear or we can help arrange gear and transportation from Denver. Campers and RV are allowed with no hook-ups.

To be clear: We affirm our childrens' gender identities and expressions as they communicate them to us. If you want to convert/fix/force your child to conform to their gender assigned at birth, this is not the space for you.
